So... Shopify wont give us our store back. But dont worry... We have each and every order accounted for, and shipping information stored securely far far away from shopify's evil dystopian clutches. The yoyos have been machined and are currently at the salon getting their nails and hair done.

Hello there!

Thank you for trying to come to our birthday party.

Unfortunately, too many people attended the festivities and Shopify locked our account. Sometimes the cops show up when the party gets too big I guess. This does make sense from their perspective as I am sure most 'Shopify Stores' do not receive the amount of traffic that ours did on their first day.

We are working toward getting the store unlocked - but for now we cannot access it. The pre-order was a huge success and hopefully it will be back up soon so that more people can have a fun time unboxing an SF yoyo for the first time in awhile.

Thank you for the overwhelming support that got us flagged as anomalous activity. Truly it was shocking to both us and also our eCommerce provider. The loving messages and nice anecdotes from people were so, so appreciated.
